This is our most comprehensive review — combining analysis of your builder’s quote, your design info, and a broader strategic look at how the project is likely to unfold in real life.

We assess whether the scope, pricing, and phasing feel coherent — and whether the project you’re planning is realistically deliverable on the terms you've been given. We also look at practical risks: buildability, budget structure, coordination gaps, and anything else that might unravel once the build starts.

A review of your drawings and design info (as in Tier 2)
